CUSTOMER SERVICE, RETURN  and SHIPPING POLICY:

Our Policy Goal: 

Service:  Musart Project aims to serve you well. We strive for excellence in our business practices and in the products we offer. 

Charity:  Musart Project delivers twenty-five percent of its sale-price-proceeds on a monthly basis to charitable causes, as listed and assigned by customers in the "Assign Profits Form" (found by a "STORE" menu-click.

Our Hours:  Studio/business hours are between 9:00 and 6:00p.m. M-Fri.  The Musart Project Store is open 24/7.

Using the Contact Form: You may reach us any time using our "CONTACT" menu located in the main menu bar of this Musart Project website. Allow up to 24 hours response on week days, and up to 72 hours for weekends.

Telephone Answering Service: You may leave a message on our answering machine M-Fri between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. at (920) 787-9122. We will call back as soon as possible on the same day.

Person to Person Phone Contact: You may reach Karen at Musart Project/Wolford and Harvey Studios between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m  (Central Standard Time/Wisconsin-USA at (920) 787-9122 on week days.

Purchases: Your purchases are processed securely through our Musart Project/PayPal business account. The exception--books are ordered via our link to Amazon.  At the present, only  U.S. and North American orders are accepted--including Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.

FREE shipping and handling:  (except for books). Musart Project does not charge for standard ground shipping of its' merchandise to addresses within the continental USA. For hard and soft cover books, Amazon's best retail prices and shipping rates apply. There is FREE shipping available on Amazon for qualifying book orders: generally;  a book-order over $35.00 dollars ships is free.  If the book purchaser is a member of Amazon Prime they can opt for 2 day FREE shipping.  For books orders that don't qualifying for Amazon free shipping, the regular Amazon shipping rate applies-- $3.99 for delivery in  the continental USA; international rates are calculated on a location and import fee index.

Photographs and Illustration Prints Policy:

Photographs and Book-Illustration Print shipping: We ship free to anywhere within the mainland U.S. (using priority flat rate--USPS or Fed Ex ground). Once printed and your photo products usually arrive within 2-5 business days after shipping. The professional-lab will do next day delivery and international shipping for an extra fee. (Please contact us for off mainland, and next day shipping orders).

Order Fulfillment  for Photograph and Illustration-Print  When a photograph or Illustration-print is ordered, we send the order out via the internet to our professional photo lab in California. The lab processes the order from our own digitized image-portfolio securely stored at the photo lab. Customers can expect orders for deliveries within the mainland U.S. to arrive within 3 to 7 business days from the date of purchase under the normal business calendar-season.

Photo/Print Returns:  Our photo lab processes and prints what you order--your choice is final; Musart Project and our photo lab cannot not accept exchanges or returns of photographs for preferential reasons. If there is mis-fulfillment of the ordered product (wrong number of prints, or the wrong print), we will make it right at no cost to you, except for shipping. In case of mis-fulfillment, contact Musart Project using our "CONTACT" Form--please include your Order/Invoice numbers and contact us within one week of the delivery date.

Photo or Print Damage: Costs resulting from shipping damages will be covered for orders over $500.00 by our affiliated California photo lab. Contact us using the Musart Project  CONTACT form--it is necessary to include your product order/Invoice numbers. By your order, you agree that Musart Project and the lab will not be responsible for shipping damages and replacement costs for orders under $500.00.

Book Policy

Order Fulfillment:  Hard and soft cover books are ordered by the customer via our Musart Project link to Amazon.com.  Delivery time varies and ranges between 2 days to 5 business days if the book is in stock.  If the book is not in stock, delivery will be longer (up to two or three weeks depending on the season), as the books are  printed "on demand". Ebook orders are fulfilled via Musart Project---sorry, no returns for eBook purchases.

Book Returns: 

The book return policy is that of Amazon.com for hard and soft cover books. Amazon covers replacement or reprint costs for the following reasons: 1). damage incurred from shipping, and 2). Misprints or mis-fulfillment orders--i.e. wrong book delivered, or wrong number of books) Replacement or refund is conditional upon the customer's filing Amazon's form, and upon Amazon's evaluation. If there is an issue the buyer needs to contact "Amazon Guarantee A-to-z" (within one week for eBooks).
